Mizumi Japanese restaurant at Wynn Palace has earned its stars

Two-starred Michelin Japanese restaurant Mizumi is overseen by master chefs Tsutomu Shimamiya, Kazuhito Motoyoshi and Junichi Yoshida. The interior features contemporary Japanese architecture with natural elements such as wood and stone.

The menu offers sets of assorted sushi, sashimi, tempura and à la carte. Menu favourites are the codfish, abalone and Japanese lobster teppanyaki. The meat choices include Japanese wagyu beef sukiyaki and US beef black Angus tenderloin deep-fried cutlet. For something sweet, try the Japanese chestnuts with shiratama and rice milk foam in hot red bean soup. The sake and wine list is extensive.
