The Verandah at The Repulse Bay invites diners to step back into the colonial era. Formerly a hotel, the building’s interior has dark wood window frames, ceiling fans and cornices. The menu offers classic and contemporary Continental cuisine using the freshest ingredients.

Signatures include black pepper steak and seafood mixed grill with lobster medallion, king salmon, black mussels, king prawn and scallops with herbs on roasted ratte potatoes and asparagus.

We like the classic desserts here of baked Alaska, crêpes Suzette and a choice of soufflés including strawberry, ginger and Grand Marnier. A pre-dinner drink at the bar is a good start to your evening.
