The elegant dining area at One Harbour Road is inspired by a 1930s Chinese mansion, and offers an intimate experience with views of Victoria Harbour.
Executive chef Li Shu-tim presents delicious dim sum and home-style Cantonese cuisine. New chef de cuisine Chan Hon-cheong has created menu items such as wok-fried lobster with crab meat, sea urchin and egg white. The restaurant is best known for its selection of double-boiled soups and honey roasted barbecue pork.
For an exclusive experience, diners can enjoy the Chef’s Table, where they can view chefs preparing the food, in a private room inside the kitchen.
