This spacious restaurant is a favourite with locals and visitors, and has décor of warm burl wood panels and raw silk wall coverings as well as Chinese ceramics.

Seasonal menus offer meat, seafood and vegetable dishes paired with a choice of Chinese premium teas. The á-la-carte menu is extensive, with signatures of roasted whole suckling pig stuffed with pearl barley, black truffles, glutinous rice and Yunnan ham – ordered two days in advance – and spicy prawns with mushrooms and crispy rice toast. The dim sum is also good here.

This restaurant is a perfect venue for larger corporate events as well as smaller business or family dinners.
