China Tang Harbour City serves up refined Chinese cuisine in an elegant setting

The second China Tang to open in Hong Kong offers refined Chinese cuisine in an elegant and spacious setting with a harbour view. 

The menu features Cantonese, Jiangnan and Beijing cuisines, exquisitely presented. We recommend the Jiangnan cold dishes to start, such as jelly fish tossed in spicy sauce and red wine-flavoured goose liver terrine. The wok-fried crystal prawns with lobster bisque and Hangzhou vagabond chicken, which need to be ordered in advance, are also good, as is the panna cotta with candied figs and chilled sago cream with pomelo and mango for dessert. A good selection of wines is available.
