Dining at Dragon Noodles Academy is a real Hong Kong experience
Chinese restaurant serves up modern twists on staples, amid décor reminiscent of a 1970s kung fu academy
With décor reminiscent of a 1970s kung fu academy, diners enjoy a modern take on familiar dim sum, noodles and other Chinese dishes. This is the perfect Hong Kong dining experience for impressing visiting business associates, surrounded by artesan craftsmanship like the 12 handmade lion’s heads and copper wulus used for serving water and craft beer.
We recommend the crispy lobster puff, sous-vide steamed shrimp dumplings and ginger chicken rolls, and the wood-oven Peking duck. The cocktails also have a local theme with Chang-ers Collins, a rose and jasmine infused gin and Eriang-shen’s martini with goji berry infused gin, and some infused with Chinese herbs.
