Duddell’s brings together a bar, salon, art gallery, garden terrace and fine-dining restaurant into a single stylish, two-storey space. The restaurant is not only known for its Ilse Crawford décor, guest-curated art exhibits and elegant table settings, but for its authentic Chinese cuisine.

Executive chef Fung Man-ip’s recommendations include fried local lobster with salted egg yolk, crispy salted chicken and pan-fried Kagoshima A4 wagyu beef with scallions and shallots. There is also a tasting menu featuring his signature dishes.

Duddell’s is known for its selection of traditional Chinese teas such as Yunnan Pu Er and Xihu Pre-Qingming Long Jing.
