With sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, the restaurant offers a traditional yet elegant ambience with Chinese wall hangings on bronze walls and thick patterned carpets.
The menu offers traditional dim sum for lunch and Cantonese favourites on á la carte or tasting menus with wine pairing in the evening.
Chef’s recommendations include crispy suckling pig, crispy pigeon stuffed with taro paste, steamed chicken with ham and mushrooms and braised king prawns.
