The menu offers refined Cantonese cuisine with some traditional dishes such as crispy chicken, roasted barbecue pork, steamed fish and seafood. Chef specials include steamed rice roll with tiger prawns, kale and beetroot with prawn oil soya sauce; and for dessert, supreme red bean soup with 32 year vintage dried tangerine peel and Japanese red bean.
