Dim sum lunch is exquisite with seasonal dim sum menus, with dishes such as steamed shrimp and pork dumplings with crab meat and crispy taro dumplings with beef and black pepper.There are other menus, such as an executive lunch and Yum Cha Gourmet set. For dessert, the double-boiled superior bird’s nest with almond cream, coconut milk or syrup is an excellent choice.
