Dining at Man Wah is a memorable experience. Chinese-style lamps hang from the ceilings which contrast with the skyline. The menu brims with outstanding Cantonese dishes exquisitely presented. Dim sum is available at lunchtime and signature dishes include braised abalone and chicken casserole and wok-fried fillet of sole with black bean sauce.

Other must-try dishes include Peking duck, steamed spotted grouper fillet with crab meat, tomato, broccoli and ginger, and Australian M9 wagyu.
