The menu is extensive, packed with Cantonese seasonal favourites made with quality ingredients. The dim sum is popular at lunchtime and the á la carte menu features double-boiled soups such as sea whelk consommé with ginseng, abalone favourites such as braised whole abalone in oyster sauce, superior bird’s nest dishes, barbecue meats such as Peking duck and an extensive selection of fresh seafood, meat and poultry dishes.
