This is the perfect place to impress guests. The setting is luxurious, a deep maroon-walled room with thick curtains and Chinese antiques. T’ang Court is one of two Cantonese restaurants with three Michelin stars in the city.

Diners come for refined Cantonese cuisine and the menu features seasonal and signature dishes. Must-tries include the special appetisers of chilled abalone with jellyfish, fried diced cod with honey syrup and barbecue pork, or mains of golden-fried stuffed crab claw with shrimp paste, crispy salted chicken and grilled Kagoshima beef Shioyaki style. If you are overwhelmed by the extensive à la carte menu, try a tasting menu with wine pairing.
