Tin Lung Heen takes Cantonese cuisine to the ultimate heights
Fine-dining Chinese restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton has amazing views overlooking the city, as well as delicious food
The highest Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong has amazing views of the city, and delicious food too. The long, narrow interior includes floor-to-ceiling display cases of ceramic pots as a nod to the cuisine’s traditions.
Chef de cuisine Paul Lau Pin-lui’s degustation menu is recommended with dishes such as double-boiled fresh abalone with truffle and barbecued Iberian pork with honey. Prunier caviar and Champagne is offered on a special menu with dishes such as pan-fried scallop with pumpkin and crispy suckling pig. An extensive á la carte menu is also available. The restaurant is also known for its dim sum and premium Chinese teas.
