This two-storey rooftop restaurant has large windows and a beautiful terrace on the 29th floor. 

As the brainchild of chef Philippe Orrico and three friends, the menu is set to impress. Must-try starters include venison terrine and pan-fried foie gras with goose breast slices, grapes and Château-Chalon sauce. The home-made cavatelli with seafood ragout and sea urchins, and half blue lobster with artichoke purée, spinach, urchin emulsion, pearl barley and black truffle Julienne are delicious mains. To end, select a dessert from the menu or – for cheese lovers – pair cheeses with wine. The wine selection is from France, Italy and Germany, with some from Lebanon.
