The window seats here are prized for their views over the city from the 56th floor of the Island Shangri-La. The décor retains an old school touch with crystal chandeliers, marble columns and ornate cornices.

Chef de cuisine Ricardo Chaneton marries Asian elements with a modern take on French classics, and presents the dishes exquisitely. There is a seasonal tasting menu and an “Inspired by the Sommelier” wine pairing set menu. On the à la carte, we recommend live blue lobster served three ways for two and roasted Challans duck breast with spices and honey. To end, there is a selection of cheeses and desserts. The wine cellar of 12,000 bottles has a focus on Bordeaux.
