Spiga is chef Enrico Bartolini’s first restaurant venture outside Italy. Bartolini has culminated four Michelin stars across his restaurants in Italy. The interior, designed by Joyce Wang, is glamorous and reminiscent of 1950s Hollywood.

The menu features favourites but with a modern twist. The tasting menu is a good way to sample the best of Bartolini’s creations. If you are dining à la carte, we recommend the Sicilian red prawns or citrus risotto with seafood. Diners can’t leave before tasting the crème brûlée with cherries, meringues and iced blueberries or the tiramisu. For pre-dinner drinks, the restaurant’s adjoining terrace, Portico, has a good selection of cocktails and wine.
