With its bird’s eye view of the city, and its stunning décor with large chandeliers and fountain sculptures, Tosca is heaven for foodies. Chef Pino Lavarra works his magic at the open kitchen, producing innovative dishes such as spiny lobster with beetroot and carbonara dressing and chef Pino’s beef carpaccio. The tasting menu with wine pairing is recommended, with seasonal dishes such as beetroot broth with oxtail and goat cheese and beef agnolotti with 24-month aged Parmigiano reggiano. The à la carte mains include black cod, veal chops and wagyu beef sirloin. To end, try the cheese selection or passion fruit soufflé. There is a good selection of wines.
