Rustic Italian fare at Mercato by Jean-Georges is simple, fresh – and delicious

Mercato is perfect for executive lunches and dinners. Simple Italian dishes are elegantly plated and  made with the freshest ingredients. There is a bar with unique cocktails made from Italian spirits. 

We recommend the house-made ricotta with cranberry compote, olive oil and grilled bread as a starter with your drink. Starter dishes are made for sharing and feature spicy tuna tartare with black olives, cucumber, avocado and mint, and burrata with Clementine jam and basil. 

For mains, spaghetti with fresh mozzarella Parmesan with tomato sauce and basil, and porchini-crusted salmon with warm leek vinaigrette and herbs are signatures. Tiramisu, and the sundae with salted caramel ice cream, candied peanuts and popcorn are must-tries.
