Located in Ocean Terminal, ANA TEN has a panoramic view of both sides of the harbour. The restaurant presents Japanese food created with a modern French twist, resulting in exciting flavours.
Notable dishes include yellow tail topped with a foie gras cube and served with nanko plum vinegar sauce, smoked fatty tuna cubes with egg yolk sauce, and sea urchin wrapped in saga beef. Cocktails inspired by Japanese fairy tales are also a delight. Try the Shuten-Doiji – vodka with home-made beetroot syrup, grapefruit juice and orange juice – or the Made in Japan, featuring chrysanthemum sake mixed with sakura tea, Japanese plum wine and pomelo liquor.
