As the name suggests, Beefbar offers a menu filled with the best quality beef from around the world. Connoisseurs can enjoy American prime corn-fed Black Angus and Australian Black Market Black Angus famed for its high marbling and tender meat. There is also Australian wagyu crossed beef, Kobe beef and Korean short horn. There is a tasting menu featuring four types of steak. Other menu items include pork belly, veal, lamb, fish, pasta and risotto. For dessert, the Irish coffee soufflé and lemon tart are good – try a dessert cocktail to pair, such as the chocolate or espresso martinis or the tiramisu with maple vodka, Kahlua, Chantilly cream and espresso.
