Lawry’s The Prime Rib is heaven for meat lovers
The menu includes traditional steakhouse dishes as well as a range of alternatives
Lawry’s The Prime Rib opened in California in 1938. It came to Hong Kong in 2006, and is famous for its prime beef rib served tableside from a traditional silver cart. There is a bar for pre-dinner drinks and four private rooms.
The menu includes traditional steak house dishes such as lobster tail and jumbo shrimp cocktail starters, fish of the day, salmon, lamb and chicken as alternatives to steak. But it is the rib eye that diners usually come for – with gratin potatoes and crispy fried onions and Cabernet sauce. There is an extensive international wine list that includes Lawry’s private label, and the sommelier’s recommended wine-pairing suggestions.
