Hokkaido scallop and oyster ceviche at Mr & Mrs Fox

This three-storey rustic-meets-ritzy steakhouse is perfect for good food in a casual setting. Mrs Fox on the ground floor is a bar that offers casual bites. Upstairs at Mr Fox, chef Cheung Chok-ho, previously with Amber and Café Gray Deluxe, offers modern twists on European classics. The raw oyster selection, beef tartare and the shellfish platter are favourite starters. Besides the options of dry-aged steaks for mains, there is free-range chicken, pork Tomahawk, whole snapper and salmon.

The third floor is a private room with terrace, accommodating 70 for cocktails and 24 for dinner. The full bar includes classic cocktails and local beers.
