Hailed as the best Italian chef in Asia, Umberto Bombana, opened his second 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana two years ago. The restaurant has a large, comfortable dining area with banquet seating, two private rooms and a stunning bar decorated with Murano glassware. The food is sophisticated and divine, thanks to executive chef Antimo Maria Merone – previously at Michelin-starred L’Altro in Central. We recommend the degustation menu with wine pairing. 

Dishes include scampi carpaccio, Hokkaido king crab with river Beluga caviar, and home-made tagliolini with butter Parmesan and Alba white truffle. The à la carte is enticing.
