The dining experience is exquisite with each dish artistically presented, using fresh ingredients. Innovative dishes such as crispy soft-boiled egg with imperial caviar and smoked salmon and pan-fried foie gras with grapes, candied ginger and roasted black pepper are good choices. To end, a dessert trolley is wheeled to the table with a large selection to choose from.
