With a stunning interior featuring a glittering crystal chandelier cascading down from the top of the dome and beautifully carved replicas of Bordeaux chateaux, there is also an impressive wine cellar and an unparalleled view of the city for diners ready to indulge in Joel Robuchon’s cuisine.

The dining experience is exquisite with each dish artistically presented, using fresh ingredients. Innovative dishes such as crispy soft-boiled egg with imperial caviar and smoked salmon and pan-fried foie gras with grapes, candied ginger and roasted black pepper are good choices. To end, a dessert trolley is wheeled to the table with a large selection to choose from.
