Bison tenderloin or bone-in rib eye is also available. Apart from red meats, smoked pork baby ribs, rack of lamb, spring chicken and Patagonian toothfish are offered. The duck-fat potato fries and macaroni and cheese are popular sides. Starters include oysters, yellowfin tuna and other seafood.
