Award-winning Osborn has worked in Michelin-star restaurants across Europe, including London, where he was the first Australian chef to earn one and two Michelin stars at L’Autre Pied (now closed) and Pied à Terre, respectively.

The à la carte and set menus offer unpretentious seasonal dishes. Vegetables and herbs are grown on the terrace; the rest are specially cultivated locally. Vegan dishes are also available.
