Roganic Hong Kong by restaurateur and chef Simon Rogan opened in early 2019 and serves his unique style of British fare using the best local ingredients. Rogan is known for his two-Michelin star restaurant L’Enclume in England’s Lake District, which won Best Restaurant in Britain for four consecutive years. And in 2018, he opened Roganic in London, which, like the Hong Kong eatery, has one Michelin star.

There is a cocktail bar for pre-dinner drinks, and a dessert bar. Short and long tasting lunch and dinner menus are available, with dishes like sea urchin custard with caviar, dry-aged duck and Parker House bread with cultured butter. There is wine, juice and tea pairing.
