Angelini offers discerning diners Piedmontese classics

The interior at Angelini is elegant and understated in wine and earth tones, but the focal point is the superb harbour view. This stylish Italian eatery serves authentic and seasonal cuisine from chef Andrea Burzio, whose cooking style reflects his roots in the Piedmont region.

Tajarin: Piedmontese pasta, lamb ragout, Jerusalem artichoke and Barolo wine reduction.

The à la carte menu offers home-made pastas, soups such as lobster bisque, wild black cod, black Angus fiorentina steak and vegetarian dishes such as tagliatelle with black truffle and Apennines pecorino cheese sauce. The dessert menu includes Italian cheeses with home-made jam and truffle honey. Ask the sommelier to guide you through the extensive wine list.
