Steak lovers will enjoy dining at this restaurant with its gourmet menu, top wines and panoramic harbour views. Diners can start off at the salad bar, or with Boston lobster bisque. On the must-have list are Alaskan king crab legs and duck foie gras, but the steaks are the showstoppers.

The selection includes Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, USDA prime long bone-in rib-eye and New York strip. Sauces and sides are also extensive, from black pepper with Cognac to classic barbecue sauces and vegetables, potatoes, and even macaroni cheese. Classic desserts include apple crumble, Alaska on fire and chocolate fondant.
