Specialising in Northern cuisine, this restaurant combines a beautiful interior and knockout views of the city. The menu is packed with delicious items such as scallops tossed with shredded pomelo, beggar’s chicken, and steamed Alaska crab leg with sweet and chilli sauce. Then there’s the delectable red lantern crispy softshell crab, with Sichuan dried pepper that crackles in your mouth.
