Chef de cuisine Guillaume Gallot puts a contemporary twist on traditional French fare such as hot and cold onion soup, Brittany blue lobster roasted in butter with paimpol beans, raspberry and olive sauce, and roasted duck breast from Burgaud paired with a glass of Chateau d’Yquem.

Equally exciting are his desserts, like banana chocolate mille feuille with cocoa sorbet. The restaurant is known for its artisanal cheese selection and wine list.
