Castellana offers authentic Piedmont cuisine in collaboration with two-Michelin-starred chef Marco Sacco and his restaurant Piccolo Lago. The interior is in muted tones of gold and blue with white linen tablecloths. One of the private rooms has a terrace.

There is a traditional Piedmont tasting menu or à la carte dishes such as veal with tuna sauce and Pantelleria capers, Piedmont thistle soup with foie gras, wild turbot with almond and black garlic and slow-cooked aubergine Parmigiana.
For dessert, choose from traditional Italian pannacotta or Piedmont cheeses. There are more than 300 wines from Piedmont; some vintages date back to the 1960s.
