Golden Flower: Tan, Lu, Sichuan and Cantonese dishes shine on the à la carte menu
- Among the signatures are braised sea cucumber with Shandong leek, and broiled Wagyu slices with Shandong leek served with sesame puffs
Diners are transported to a new world at Golden Flower, where the spirit of the Cantonese Qing dynasty official Tan Zongjun is apparent in everything from the ambience to the menu.
Golden Flower is inspired by the Asian dining room of a British shipping tycoon and the Oriental aesthetic of Venice, from its collection of vases to the vibrant Italian rosette mosaic floor.
Master chef Liu Guo-zhu’s signatures include braised sea cucumber with Shandong leek, and broiled Wagyu slices with Shandong leek served with sesame puffs. Liu offers an eight-course tasting menu, as well as Tan, Lu, Sichuan and Cantonese à la carte dishes.
