Tucked away on the second floor of the Nexxus Building, Ying Jee Club is a two- Michelin-starred institution that matches ambience with opulent dishes. Everything on the plate is an example of fine Chinese dining that comes with a contemporary twist – elevated and refined for a new era. Our favourite dishes include crispy suckling pig with goose liver pâte, braised sea cucumber with fish maw in oyster sauce and crispy pork belly with golden garlic.
