I know a place: hotel manager Greg Liddell
I like all food, but I'm not sure that's a good thing because I'm now 4kg overweight. A key selling point of Hong Kong is the wide array of food options available. There is no issue here about importing ingredients from anywhere, so there is no excuse for bad food.

As a rule, I like casual places. At the Landmark, I am blessed to have access to and . But the SoHo area is tough to beat for choice. Often my wife and I will decide on the night where we want to go. A firm favourite is (28 Elgin Street, tel: 2577 7160). They have nice pasta and comfort food, and the burrata is fabulous.
I was born in Mexico City so Mexican food is my guilty pleasure — beers, margaritas and tacos. But Mexican cuisine is difficult to export and finding authentic Mexican is impossible here.
A good mole (sauce) takes days to prepare. That's why you have more Tex-Mex. But I dolike going to (20A D'Aguilar Street, Central, tel: 2810 0560), which is pretty good.
