I know a place: Vita Wong-Kwok
I enjoy all foods but the two places I go to most are the Kee Club and Duddell's.

I enjoy all foods but the two places I go to most are the (6/F Yung Kee Building, 32 Wellington Street, Central, tel: 2810 9000) and (3/F Shanghai Tang Mansion, 1 Duddell Street, Central, tel: 2525 9191). Duddell's is nice for hosting lunches. The food is good and they host a lot of art shows, which adds value to the experience. I especially like the crispy cheung fun.
After so many work and entertainment dinners, once in a while I have vegetarian. The (The KS Lo Gallery, Hong Kong Park, Admiralty, tel: 2801 7177) has all vegetarian dim sum. It's very healthy and the environment gives me a nice feeling. I also go to a private kitchen called (UG/F, Block B, Kwong Sang Hong Building, 6 Heard Street, Wan Chai, tel: 2115 8880) that is terrific. I enjoy trying out private kitchens.
I always go to (Level 5, The Landmark Atrium, 12-16 Des Voeux Road Central, tel: 3657 6388), too. The sushi rolls there are a little different.
I also like to have chef Uwe Opocensky prepare something special at the (1/F Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, 5 Connaught Road, Central, tel: 2825 4014). He never lets you down. That's why he always caters our events when they are arts and culture related.
