Named after one of the oldest thoroughfares in New York City and also known as Chinatown's unofficial main street, Mott Street, the high-end Chinese eatery Mott 32 offers iconic Cantonese dishes with a Western twist. Such dishes include char siu Iberico pork and dim sum items such as the BBQ Spanish Teruel pork bun and Australian wagyu beef puff.

The desserts are no exception and include this green tea chocolate mousse (HK$60) with a centre of dark and milk chocolate whipped together with cream and a coating of white chocolate, cocoa butter and green tea powder.
