TURN-ONS The price for this all-you-can eat organic salad buffet with a drink is totally worth it. The salad selection includes greens, pulses, grains with an array of condiments such as sweet corn, artichoke in oil, garlic pickles, black and green olives and pickled shallots. I loved the pine nuts, almonds, apricots and raisins scattered over my greens with a honey mustard dressing. There is a good choice of salad dressing, including Japanese Goma sesame, balsamic, Italian, French, Caesar and avocado. There are two hot dishes which rotate on a daily basis with fish, seafood and meat, which include salmon, ham, chicken and shrimp. Soup of the day rotates from carrot, pumpkin, spinach to tomato, cauliflower, leek and potato and vegetable. We tried a delicious pumpkin soup. There is a choice of two desserts - a mixed fruit salad and a hot dessert.
TURN-OFFS You need to book early as it's a popular lunch destination for the office elite in ICC.
DRINKS There is a bar drinks menu, teas and healthy juices available. Cleanser juices include a virgintini of apple, lychee, pineapple, cucumber and peach, and grapefruit refresher of grapefruit, lime, grenadine, mint and red apple syrup.
