Burgers, fish, pastas, salads, with ingredients that are organic and local when possible.

A beachside surf and skate shack, full of students during the week, enjoying outdoor beach sports and the restaurant is open to the public from Friday to Sunday. The vibe on Friday night is chilled, with local families and surfers enjoying the sunset.

Dishes range from HK$38 to HK$318, most hover around the HK$128 mark.

Friends and family.

We enjoyed an early evening cocktail before eating - mango mojito with fresh mint grown nearby - we loved the wave sliders which are mini versions of the restaurant's three signatures - the wild Hereford burger, pulled porker and BLT. They were done to perfection with quality ingredients. We followed that with a no pain all grain salad of red rice, beans and mixed grains that include quinoa, spelt and barley, cherry tomatoes, red onions and pomegranate which was healthy, tasty and fresh. The desserts were interesting, we tried the N'Icepops which are real ice lollies made fresh and locally with natural ingredients, and if you're over 18, you can try the boozy options - we opted for sangria. We also tried the Eaton mess with meringue, mango purée, fresh fruit and cream, which was delicious and just right with the sweetness.

As the restaurant is only open Friday to Sunday, it is usually packed with weekend holidaymakers.

There is a bar with a good selection of beers and cocktails.
