We love the quality and the wide selection of food in this buffet brunch, the most popular with diners is the seafood station. We went for the brown bread crab, oysters, prawns and crab claw. We also tried the lamb rack, roast brisket and suckling pig with truffle mash and mushrooms - it was all perfectly cooked. There is a salad and cheese selection, Chinese breakfast fare including congee and dim sums, and a sushi station. The lobster Benedict is a must-try. The dessert spread is impressive but we only went for the crème brulée as we were full. It was so good I managed to have one more. There is plenty of time to pace yourself at this Sunday brunch as it finishes at 3pm.
The buffet starts at noon and, even though most people book a table, a queue starts from 11.30 which doesn’t dissipate until around 12.15 - so to avoid the crowd, come around that time.
Besides the free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV Champagne, wine or beer, there is free-flow Bloody Mary, sangria and various types of vodka shots at different stations. Free-flow juices are also available.
