K-pop privacy scandal: How did fans leak Dahyun of TWICE’s passport details on social media?

JYP Entertainment have threatened legal action after a picture of the K-pop star’s passport page was posted on social media, following an incident at an airport security checkpoint
JYP Entertainment has warned of legal action after an unknown person photographed the passport of globally renowned K-pop act TWICE's Dahyun without her knowing it and posted the photograph online.
The girl band member's resident registration number and other private information on her passport were photographed, released online and shared, according to JYP. The company said such an act violated the country's Personal Information Protection Act.
Dahyun was at Korea's Gimpo International Airport to leave for Japan on Sunday (December 29). The nine-member band – which has three Japanese members – was scheduled to film a New Year's Eve TV special Kōhaku Uta Gassen for NHK.
Amid a crowd of fans, the star arrived at a security checkpoint where she had to show her passport. When she opened the passport, according to reports, a person next to her photographed a page containing personal information.
She reportedly covered the passport with her hand, but only after it had been photographed.
