Tosca di Angelo, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong
Heavily influenced by chef Angelo Agliano’s Sicilian roots, the vegan weekend lunch menu at Tosca di Angelo at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, is an interpretation of his original weekend lunch menu. A vegetarian menu is also available upon request.
The vegan offering is a pleasurable experience for all the senses, especially when the great Mediterranean flavours are accompanied by a fabulous view – the Michelin-starred restaurant overlooks the city’s harbour from the top of the International Commerce Centre building in Kowloon.
My personal favourite is definitely the indivia con cime di rapa e carote (roasted endive with broccoli rabe and carrot).

The four-course menu, which also comes with free-flow Champagne if you wish to indulge, is available from noon to 2.30pm.
