The offer can be enjoyed at the resort’s Wing Lei Bar during the weekends between 3pm and 5pm, starting from this Saturday until May 13. 

Crafted by Yoann Mathy, executive pastry chef at Wynn Palace, the afternoon tea set is inspired by Ferragamo’s new spring/summer 2018 collection and is full of the colours and flavours of a floral springtime. 

Each pastry has been exquisitely created to accentuate the classic design elements of Salvatore Ferragamo, and promises refined flavours which will delight the taste buds of every guest.

Long-time lovers of the luxury brand will recognise Mathy’s miniature fondant replicas of the classic Thalia handbag, paired with vanilla cheesecake and chocolate and coffee tart. Too beautiful to eat? Not quite: the prospect of devouring this delicious treat was just too tempting.  

Other delicacies include a hazelnut gianduja shortbread made with rich, smooth hazelnut paste, which is floral shaped to reflect the brand’s “flower heel” design.

A bottle of Amo Ferragamo perfume inspired an edible version of the brand’s signature perfume bottle, made using the refined flavours of blackcurrant, vanilla, Campari and jasmine, which have been presented in a colourful, beautifully layered creation.

In addition to the sweets, the special afternoon tea set menu also includes an assortment of melt-in-your-mouth savoury treats such as foie gras and truffle pastry, lobster and avocado roll and mini-scallop quiche with caviar. 

Not only is this a fantastic feast, but it is also beautifully crafted – and extremely Instagrammble!
