Salvatore Ferragamo's spring florals inspire afternoon tea set at Wynn Palace Macau

Few things brighten up a weekend more than seeing beautiful cakes and delicious savoury pastries served on a stunning multilayered stand – accompanied by a steaming pot of fragrant tea. 

Fashion maison Salvatore Ferragamo has teamed up with luxury integrated resort Wynn Palace Cotai, in Macau, to bring us a taste of spring with its limited-edition afternoon tea set.

The offer can be enjoyed at the resort’s Wing Lei Bar during the weekends between 3pm and 5pm, starting from this Saturday until May 13. 

Crafted by Yoann Mathy, executive pastry chef at Wynn Palace, the afternoon tea set is inspired by Ferragamo’s new spring/summer 2018 collection and is full of the colours and flavours of a floral springtime. 

Each pastry has been exquisitely created to accentuate the classic design elements of Salvatore Ferragamo, and promises refined flavours which will delight the taste buds of every guest.

Long-time lovers of the luxury brand will recognise Mathy’s miniature fondant replicas of the classic Thalia handbag, paired with vanilla cheesecake and chocolate and coffee tart. Too beautiful to eat? Not quite: the prospect of devouring this delicious treat was just too tempting.
