Kitchen Infinity is collaborating with chefs in Hong Kong to present an expanded Gaggenau Artisans Program to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
The first part of the programme, the Gaggenau Culinary Masterclass, is a series of 12 premium cooking classes, running from June till April next year, led by renowned chefs such as Nicolas Boutin of the one-Michelin-starred French restaurant Épure, and Agustin Balbi of innovative Japanese restaurant HAKU. Classes are limited to 14 students per class. Each student will be provided with an individual cooking station at the Ki Island South Galleria in Wong Chuk Hang. The Gaggenau Culinary Masterclass costs HK$1,400 per guest per class.
The second part of the programme, the Gaggenau Culinary Theatre, comprises 12 sessions of cooking demonstrations by celebrated chefs. The sessions will run until May 2019. The demonstrations are free, but those interested have to register as seats are limited.
