The Korean singer-actor plays a crown prince who loses his memory and assumes a new identity and gets married

D.O. of K-pop boy band EXO, whose real name is Do Kyung-soo, will star in tvN’s new drama Dear Husband of 100 Days, the first episode of which airs on September 10. His co-star is Nam Ji-hyun.

The 16-episode drama is about the romance between Lee Yool, the crown prince of “virtual Joseon”, and Hong-sim, the self-sufficient spinster of the town.

Lee, played by D.O., loses part of his memory after narrowly avoiding an assassin’s attack and then wastes time meaninglessly. As the story unfolds, he gets a new name, Won-deuk, and ties the knot with Hong-sim, played by Nam. The couple stay together for 100 days, as the title of the series implies.

Nam debuted in 2004 as a child actress in the MBC drama Say You Love Me, and has starred in many works including the drama Suspicious Partner in 2017.
