When planning to watch the fireworks, would the highest bar in the world not be your first thought? With a free-flow Champagne package, you can drink all the bubbly you want while watching the spectacular annual National Day display over the harbour from up high – which is definitely a great vantage point to have.

6. Gordon Ramsay’s maze Grill

Located at Ocean Terminal in the new extension, maze Grill has a stunning glasshouse exterior, providing an amazing view of the harbour. The venue also has a special fireworks dinner menu planned, with signature dishes like Ramsay’s Beef Wellington and smoked steak tartare on offer.
