John Anthony, the new dim sum and Chinese restaurant in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, is the second of Maximal Concepts’ Chinese restaurants to open in the city after Mott 32.

The latest eatery at Shop B01-B10, Basement One, at Lee Garden Three, 1 Sunning Road, is an oasis within a busy and often crowded area on Hong Kong Island.

John Anthony is known for its sustainability practices and sources its food ingredients as ethically as possible.

To protect endangered species of fish and shellfish it has even replaced their usage in traditional Chinese dishes to aquaponically-farmed seafood alternatives.
