Davies & Brook aims to provide warm hospitality and delicious cuisine in Mayfair

Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara of “Make it Nice Hospitality” will take the helm at Claridge’s new restaurant, Davies & Brook, in Mayfair, London. The restaurant, set to open this summer, will be headed by executive chef Dmitri Magi, previously chef de cuisine at Eleven Madison Park in New York.

Humm and Guidara, two of the world’s culinary leaders and innovators, operate Eleven Madison Park, which was voted No 1 in the world in 2017 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Davies & Brook aims to provide warm hospitality and delicious cuisine. The fine-dining restaurant will embrace the heritage of Mayfair.
