We’re firmly into March now, which means your New Year’s gym resolutions are well and truly dead in the water.

Lucky – or unlucky – for you, we’ve started a new fitness series that will offer tailor-made workouts for you whether you have 15, 30 or 60 minutes to spare each day. So, no excuses from you!

For this instalment of our 15/30/60 fitness series, we’re focusing on strengthening those glutes, and we’ve asked trainer Jon Lee, co-founder of ONE Personal Training, in Central, Hong Kong, to guide us through each workout.
